Hamish Howe BAntSc

Hamish is the principal consultant and proprietor of FINN Environmental. He has worked in the professional environmental and
forestry industries since 2012. Hamish is a certified Forest Practices Officer (Inspecting) and has a Bachelor of Antarctic Science from UTAS. He is an almnus of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation – Forestry Regional Collaborative Leadership Program. Hamish enjoys cycling and fishing in his spare time. He is also the President of Surf Boat Rowers Tasmania and is on a number of state and national surf lifesaving committees.
Emily Hilder BSc

Emily joined FINN Environmental as a consultant in early 2024 following the completion of her degree – a Bachelor of Science majoring in Ecology. Her university studies have afforded her skills and knowledge in the areas of ecology, plant science (botany), zoology, and environmental science primarily. In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, rock climbing, trail running, and bushwalking.
Zoe Crawford BBus
Zoe joined the FINN Environmental team as a casual consultant in May 2024, bringing her blended experience across environment and business. Prior to joining, Zoe spent 5 years at a Big 4 consulting firm, where her role was focussed on ESG and grants advisory, as well as auditing earlier in her career. She also works part time as an Environmental Contractor, conducting field work in the mining industry. Zoe is an Accredited Auditor with Accounting for Nature and has a Bachelor of Business with Professional Honours in Environmental Management. In her free time, Zoe enjoys running, bushwalking, diving, and practicing art and music.
Nicola Davison BNatEnvWld
Nikola graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2019 with a Bachelor of Natural Environment and Wilderness Studies, majoring in Geography and Natural Resource Management. Before joining FINN Environmental as a consultant in 2024, Nikola spent 2 years on the west coast of Tasmania working as a Mine Closure and Rehabilitation Advisor. Nikola has previous experience as a consultant with her work focussed on environmental monitoring, land rehabilitation/remediation, and project management. In her spare time she enjoys sailing, sewing, hiking, yoga and pottering about her tiny home.
William Graddon MPACons
William joined FINN Environmental in March 2025, after completing his Masters in Protected Area Conservation. Will also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wollongong, in which he majored in environmental chemistry. Will has a broad knowledge base that includes Tasmanian ecology, soil and water chemistry, environmental policy and law, geology, and climate science. Will has previously worked as a research assistant, in community organisation, and as an HSE consultant. Outside of work, Will enjoys surfing, bushwalking, trail running, writing, cooking, and making music.
